Hi, I am Diane Williams and I am so proud to provide quality legal services right here in the beautiful riverside town of Augusta, Kentucky. I was born and raised in Bracken County and knew that it was my goal to practice law in the community that gave so much to me.
My services include real estate, estate planning, probate and business law. I regularly meet with clients who are in a very exciting time of their life, like the purchase of their first house, but also clients who may be going through the worst time of their life, such as losing a loved one. No matter the reason that brings you here, you will be welcome and feel as though you are home when greeted by me and my staff.
As a client of my law firm, I will guarantee that you will always be treated with respect, timely communication, and quality service by me and my staff. Though we are a busy little office, we make every effort to keep clients informed and involved in every step of their journey with us. We strive to make every visit a pleasant experience so that you understand how much we appreciate your business and support.
If you are a prospective client, I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you soon. The best way to contact me is either by phone (606)402-4540 or e-mail diane@dlw-law.com.
Diane

Diane is highly experienced in real estate transactions having closed nearly 1,000 transactions to date. Diane provides buyer and/or seller services including title search, title insurance, wire protection, etc. Whether you are represented by a realtor or are selling on your own, you will find our office works promptly to get your transaction completed.

One of the main goals of our office is to make estate planning services available to all individuals. So many people do not understand the significant ramifications of passing without a proper plan in place. Diane will help guide you through the decision making process of planning for the future in the best manner that will serve yours and your family's needs. This may include a Revocable or Irrevocable Trust, Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Health Designation, and many other options in which you have to consider. For clients that have busy schedules, we offer online appointments and email questionnaires to streamline the meeting process.

When most people die, a probate must be opened in order to transfer assets from their name into their Estate. This can be very daunting for family and friends, however we are able to provide representation to help you through each step. We do our best to be available, timely in communication, and up to date on changes in law or policy in order to provide the best service through what can be a very trying time in your life.

Do you have a side business and aren't sure if you need an LLC or not? Do you have a farm that you worry you are currently exposed to liability? Are you interested in purchasing a local business? These are all situations that we see on a normal basis in our office and are happy to advise on the most appropriate decision for your specific situation. Businesses can be invaluable tools for liability protection, succession, etc. Diane is a multi-business owner herself and has helped many local businesses in their own formation, dissolution, and troubleshooting situations.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
